What is the Prostate?

The prostate is a gland that makes up part of the male reproductive system. It's approximately the size and shape of a walnut and rests below the bladder and in front of the rectum. The prostate helps make the semen that carries sperm from the testicles when a man ejaculates.

The prostate should never be massaged with any more pressure than you would use to rub your eye (unless done by a medical professional). You should always have clean hands and neatly trimmed finger nails and always use a sex lube. If you’re using an anal sex toy make sure it’s clean as well.
